My home has reached a point where major renovation is necessary to ensure safe, healthy and energy‑efficient living conditions. Due to age and deterioration, several key parts of the house are no longer functional or reliable. The most urgent issues include a worn‑out roof, poor insulation, an outdated façade, inefficient windows and an old heating system that causes high energy losses and expensive heating bills.

With this project, I aim to carry out a complete renovation that includes:

- Replacing the roof and repairing the roof structure

- Installing a new façade with proper thermal insulation

- Replacing all windows with energy‑efficient ones

- Upgrading the heating system and related installations

- Improving the overall energy performance of the house

This renovation will significantly improve safety, reduce heating costs, minimize heat loss and ensure long‑term stability of the home. It will also make the house more environmentally friendly and aligned with modern energy standards.
